Edmonton Catholic Schools provides high school students the opportunity to earn both high school and post-secondary credits through Dual Credit programming. These courses serve as meaningful stepping stones toward exciting career pathways and further education.
Through Dual Credit, students can explore their interests, gain hands-on experience, and build confidence—all within a supportive high school environment.

Policing in Canada
Course Details
In partnership with MacEwan University, ECSD Dual Credit Program offers courses for students interested in pursuing a career in policing.
Students learn the principles, practice and philosophy of the Canadian judicial system with emphasis on the criminal trial process. A review of the structure of the Canadian court system, statute law, case law, and the civil court trial process are included.
Admission Requirements: Students must have successfully completed English 20
