First Day of Classes

Most Edmonton Catholic Schools (ECSD) students will return to class on Tuesday, September 2, 2025. If you are a returning junior high or high school student, please visit your school's website to confirm the date, as some schools have a staggered start and offer orientation days where students are invited to collect their timetable and textbooks. You can also locate your school's information through this directory.

Year-Round School

Year-round students return to class on Monday, August 11, 2025. ECSD offers year-round programming at three schools:

• St. Alphonsus Catholic Elementary/Junior High School
• St. Catherine Catholic Elementary/Junior High School
• St. Teresa of Calcutta Catholic Elementary School

School Supply Lists 

School supply lists are posted on your child's school website. If you are having trouble finding your child's school supply list, please contact your school.

Register for School

If you have not registered your child for the 2025-2026 school year, you can do so online.
