The 3rd annual ECSD Dream Builders Challenge was a huge success, raising a total of $167,966 for the Edmonton Catholic Schools Foundation and its Dreams for Kids campaign. 

53 schools and three departments participated in the fundraiser, which gives back to ECSD students who are experiencing barriers to success. From hot chocolate sales to movie days, our schools found creative ways to collect donations. ECSD staff also participated in a staff payroll deduction program. 

Over the eight years that the ECS Foundation has been in operation, they have supported 93 schools through grants and initiatives, impacting more than 145,000 students and families. In addition, they've provided 5.9 million snacks or meals to students.
